Coffee lovers have another reason to look forward to their next Starbucks visit. Starbucks Philippines is rolling out an exciting upgrade to its loyalty program with the launch of the new Starbucks PH App and the introduction of Multi-Tiered Starbucks Rewards beginning July 21, 2026.
The refreshed Starbucks Rewards experience gives members more flexibility, more choices, and more ways to enjoy their favorite treats. For the first time, rewards can be redeemed starting at just 50 Stars, allowing customers to choose when and how they want to use their Stars.
A More Personalized Starbucks Rewards Experience
The new Starbucks Rewards program is designed to put members in control. Instead of automatically converting every 100 Stars into a reward voucher, members can now decide what they want to redeem and when they want to redeem it.
Whether you're craving a handcrafted beverage, a pastry, or a hearty meal, Starbucks Rewards now offers options across multiple tiers:
- 50 Stars: Enjoy a free drink customization (excluding breve and 2 oz heavy cream), or redeem for select treats like a bagel, doughnut, or slice of banana loaf.
- 100 Stars: Redeem for a handcrafted beverage (excluding Coffee Traveler Kit, French Press, and Reserve Ice Cream beverages) or a bakery item.
- 150 Stars: Indulge in a pasta, sandwich, or a slice of cake.
With more menu items included in the rewards program, every Starbucks visit becomes a little more rewarding.
Meet the New Starbucks PH App
Alongside the Multi-Tiered Rewards launch, Starbucks Philippines is introducing the all-new Starbucks PH App, available for download on the App Store and Google Play Store starting July 21, 2026.
The updated app comes with several enhancements designed to make every coffee run more seamless, including:
- Faster sign-in experience
- Real-time Star tracking
- Improved navigation and account management
- Easier rewards redemption
Members can redeem rewards directly within the app before placing their orders in-store.
What Happens to Existing Starbucks Rewards Accounts?
Current Starbucks Rewards members can transition to the new app without any hassle. Existing account credentials, load balances, and accumulated Stars will automatically transfer to the new Starbucks PH App.
The familiar reward mechanics remain in place as well. Reward vouchers will continue to be valid for 90 days. However, with the new Multi-Tiered Rewards system, the validity period only begins once members choose to redeem their Stars, giving them more flexibility than ever before.
