UNIQLO is keeping the celebration going as it marks a decade of bringing LifeWear closer to Cebuanos. After opening its first Cebu store at SM City Cebu in 2015, the brand has grown alongside the community, becoming part of everyday life through clothing worn for work, travel, celebrations, and simple daily moments.
This August, UNIQLO is adding more excitement to its 10th-anniversary festivities with Cebu-exclusive promotions and special LifeWear experiences from August 21 to 27.
Cebu-Exclusive Offers
Customers can enjoy special markdowns on selected LifeWear pieces available exclusively at UNIQLO stores in Cebu.
Selected items originally priced at ₱1,990 will be available for ₱1,490, including the Drapey Denim Culotte, Sweat Straight Pants, UNIQLO C: Smooth Cotton Crew Neck Sweater, Sweat Wide Pants, and Washable Milano Ribbed Crew Neck Sweater.
Meanwhile, the JW Anderson Shirt Long Sleeve, Jorts, and JW Anderson Oxford Oversized Shirt will be offered at ₱990, down from ₱1,490.
There will also be special offers on selected items at UNIQLO stores nationwide, making the Cebu anniversary celebration part of a bigger LifeWear celebration across the Philippines.
Celebrating Filipino Craftsmanship Through RE.UNIQLO
Adding a meaningful cultural touch to the celebration is the arrival of the RE.UNIQLO Studio Special Artisan Patches in Cebu.
Previously available only in Metro Manila, the special patches are now available at UNIQLO Ayala Center Cebu. Created in collaboration with artist and art director Wilson Limon and local artisan communities, the collection highlights Filipino heritage, creativity, and traditional craftsmanship.
One of the featured designs draws inspiration from the Panubok embroidery of the Panay Bukidnon artisans of Iloilo. Deeply connected to nature, oral traditions, and ancestral beliefs, the embroidery gives customers an opportunity to wear a piece of Visayan artistry on their LifeWear.
Proceeds from each patch help support Schools of Living Traditions (SLT) in partnership with the ABS-CBN Foundation.
Add a Personal Touch to Your LifeWear
Also available at the RE.UNIQLO Studio is the exclusive “Note to Self” collection by Geloy Concepcion, featuring embroidered designs inspired by meaningful reminders and everyday experiences. Embroidery designs start at ₱500.
Customers can also choose from more than 100 embroidery designs, with customization options that include names, letters, and numbers. Other embroidery services start at ₱250.
Beyond personalization, RE.UNIQLO Studio also promotes the idea of making clothes last longer through its repair services. Customers can have small holes, loose seams, missing buttons, and other minor repairs fixed, with services starting at ₱100.
It is a fitting expression of the LifeWear philosophy: giving favorite pieces a longer life instead of simply replacing them.
A Bigger UNIQLO SM City Cebu Is Coming
The 10th-anniversary celebration also comes with an exciting announcement for Cebuanos.
UNIQLO’s original Cebu store at SM City Cebu, which opened in 2015, is set to reopen with an expanded space in November 2026.
The upcoming expansion marks a full-circle moment for the brand as it returns to where its Cebu journey began. With a bigger space, customers can look forward to an enhanced LifeWear shopping experience and a new chapter for UNIQLO in Cebu.
