A quick escape from the bustling city of Cebu, A twenty to twenty-five-minute ride from JY Square, Lahug, Cebu City to Serenity Farm and Resort Busay. My newly found place where I can relax, refresh, and enjoy the beauty of nature. 

Serenity Farm and Resort, Busay is a picturesque rest house with a panoramic view of Busay, Cebu's mountain skyline. The owners have loved the place so much and have decided to share the beauty of it.

Serenity Farm and Resort offers: 

> Overnight stay that includes, -exclusivity of the house that can hold 16 people and more -4 bedrooms -4 shower rooms and toilets -basic kitchen utensils -use of the pool -etc.

Renters of the 2 villas will share one swimming pool.

We give our clients the flexibility to choose the available accommodations they like. A single accommodation rental is inclusive of a number of guests that can enter the resort without extra cost. It is at the discretion of the client to make the best of the number of inclusive guests. That being so, if there are more guests expected beside the inclusive guests, then we will put in added charges as necessary.

* Additional Overnight Guests:

The charge for the additional guest covers only the overnight entrance fee. It does not include additional mattress/beddings, towel sets, and tableware. The guests can bring their own beddings and towel sets at no extra cost.

- Time Slot Selection: 3PM-9PM or 5AM-11AM;

- Available from Sundays to Fridays. Subject to availability within the rental week;

- No advance booking until the rental week;

- Reservation is necessary during the rental week as walk-in guests are only accepted when there's vacancy;

- SECURITY BOND is a MUST (Php5,000.00 Refundable).

Villa-2 - Living room with nice sofa, cable-tv, 6 seater dining table, free drinking water, 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds with linens and towels, 1 T&B with H&C shower and ceiling fans.

Common to all Houses:

Hand soap, toilet paper, liquid detergent, ceiling fans, smoke and fire detectors, fire extinguisher, flat iron, beautiful garden, mountain view, outdoor tables and chairs,  view deck, bonfire pit, wifi, cable tv, parking lot, power generator.

Every renter enjoys 100% clean and disinfected linens. All our beds and pillows have waterproof covers.
