Tagbilaran's 1st int'l PAL flight opens June 22!

Tagbilaran will be linked for the first time to an international city when Philippine Airlines (PAL) mounts daily flights to Incheon (South Korea) starting June 22, 2017.
Tagbilaran will become PAL's 5th domestic point with international flights, following Manila, Cebu, Clark and Kalibo.
A day after the inaugural Tabilaran-Incheon flight, PAL will open daily Tabilaran-Clark service, leaving Tabilaran at 6:40 AM.
The Tagbilaran-Incheon and Tagbilaran-Clark flights are part of PAL's route expansion program.
South Korean travelers as well as Filipinos visiting Incheon may return to the Philippine through any five Philippine gateways – Manila, Cebu, Kalibo or Tagbilaran.
Meanwhile, Tabilaran residents can travel to Incheon directly without passing through Manila. They can also fly directly to Clark onto their final destinations in central and northern Luzon.
Flights to Incheon leave Tagbilaran at 5:20 PM, arriving South Korea six hours later.
Starting June 23, passengers to Clark can conveniently connect to seven domestic destinations: Bacolod, Busuanga, Cagayan de Oro, Caticlan, Cebu, Davao and Puerto Princesa.

As early as 1949, PAL had been flying to the provincial capital of Bohol, using DC-3 US surplus airplanes as one of the domestic points served after World War 2.
