The Lava cake at Fudge
Did you know that "Fudge" offers soups, meals, and pastas? Surprisingly, Fudge - renowned for its "lava cake" is more than just desserts. True to it's name, it sets out chewy, chocolatey and sweet desserts. But more than that, a revelation was unfolded.
Last May 23, 2016 , (monday) Zomato's top bloggers and foodies were invited to unveil the truth behind the famous "fudge" resto. Mr. & Mrs. Augie Lontok, the owners, proudly present to us the "other side" of fudge.

Fudge is in the food industry for almost seven years now and it has been consistently giving us the best quality of their food. Their branches have been growing so fast that they have been offered to open in Manila, Cagayan de Oro and Davao. As of now, they already have five branches. Two for "Fudge" in A.S Fortuna and in Ayala while three for "Lava" in SM Seaside, SM City NorthWing and Ayala Mall.
When Mr. Augie Lontok was asked how the choices of their food came about? His answer was very genuine and sensible. The food selections are from their personal experiences, ideas were formed from their travels. Those are usually their favorite comfort food with a little twist of western and filipino taste.
As for me, my new personal favorite is now the "pizzookie." It may be unknown to the market yet, but I'll tell you, it's gonna be the new favorite! Ideally served when it's hot. The aroma of its baked chocolate chip cookie will excite you. The first taste would make you want for more.
