the great creation

like how Agnes Martin say it:

The Balinsasayao Twin Lakes is located in Sibulan, Negros Oriental. From Wikipedia, Lake Balinsasayao is one of two small but deep crater rising 1,000 feet (300 m) above sea level located 12 km (7.5 mi) west of the town of Sibilant in the province of Negros Oriental, Philippines It lies northwest of a narrow mountain ridge, situated in a caldera between four mountains, Mount Mahungot to the south, Mount Kalbasan to the north, Mount Balinsasayao to the east and Guintabon Dome to the west. The other lake, Lake Danao, is situated on the southeast.

From the point where we took off of the boat to the other end of the lake, we walked five to ten minutes to get to this falls.

This place is a picture of perfection as you can breathe fresh air, feel the cold weather and experience to be like a poet able to run your fingers to the cold crystal water and right away speak a poem about how you are overwhelmed and delighted with the beauty you are witnessing. An art right before your very eyes and words are not enough to describe it all.

For those who wants to set their eyes to this place, here is the tip on how to get there:

From Rizal Boulevard of Dumaguete City, Take a bus going to Bacolod for Php20.00 per person. You just inform the driver to drop you for the terminal to twin lakes. It is a twenty minute ride to get us into the place where you can ride a motorcycle (habal-habal) for Php300 per person to go up to the twin lakes. The road up is quite rough and long. It would take at least 25-30 minutes to the entrance of the resort.
