The basement level will cater to daily essentials with a premium supermarket and wellness zone, while the ground floor will introduce local and global brands debuting in Cebu, along with a mix of F&B and retail. The second level will feature national and local retail brands, artisan food shops, fitness outlets, and children’s recreation areas.
