On Mondays they have Skewered, a fresh off the grill take on Asia’s love affair with grilled meats. One may partake on the famed satay of Indonesia and Malaysia along with Cebu’s larsian barbecue on this meat lovers Monday fare.

Lasa on Tuesdays takes you on a gastronomic excursion over Southeast Asia. From the curry based dishes to the iconic broth and noodle based delicacies that brings about culinary memories that is both comfortable and exotic.

Spices and ingredients for your favorite SouthEast Asian dish

Wednesday brings you to the local streetscapes of Cebu, in a fest made for the adventurous traveler hungry for local flavors and passionate about authentic tastes. Here one may find the Balot, a local favorite that is on the bucket list of every adventurous food lover. Cebu’s Puso (rice), deep friend ginabot and ilogon (chicharong bulaklak), grilled chicken intestines, pork blood and other local street fares complete the whole experience.

Flavors of Asia comes every Thursday, a pleasurable feast of the finest cuisines from all over Asia.

Palaisdaan pays homage to a Filipino fishing village where one may feast on a buffet of the ocean’s bounty featuring seafood sourced out from local fishermen. Friday themed dinner ensures that only the freshest catch of the day is served to the guests.

Saturdays is Barrio Fiesta evening where a colorful and upbeat cultural dance presentation will enthrall everyone as they feast on Filipino specialties like the Cebu Lechon, the Bagnet from Ilocos as well as other local and regional specialties from the Philippine archipelago.

Themed dinners can be availed at the Allegro Restaurant at Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort from Monday to Sunday starting at 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
