The SweetKreations Story

                              

We often heard a lot of stories about online selling and home baking nowadays, especially because we are asked to stay home for our own safety.

Since people are at home with their families, they developed bonding moments with them. 

Let me tell you a very beautiful story about the famous - SweetKreations.

Kate Ceballos, 37 years old and a mother of two. A nurse by profession. She was given the time to stay home since March 2020 because of the ECQ.

Kate’s older daughter, Kay, 18 years old,  together they created their SweetKreation business.

Kate is the type of mom who does not want her children to be unproductive. She wants to take this time as a gift and opportunity to bond with her children. So even if she does not bake very often, she made her research to teach Kay and they baked their first salted caramel together. 

With no expectations, after posting the photo of the cake, a friend of hers asked Kate if she can order from her. It motivated both Kate and Kaye to keep doing what they started and collaborated with their families and friends in the field of baking to further develop the taste of their cake and cookies. With the help of their family and friends, their cakes which includes their best-sellers like Yakult cheesecake, Oreo and creams, salted caramel, oatmeal cookies,  Coffee with almond cookies and keto brownie cheesecake made it to the top which later became the talk of the celebrities like Ellen Adarna, Divine Lee, Vito Selma, and our local bloggers/ influencers as well.

The name, SweetKreations were suggested by Kate’s uncle. To make it unique, they changed the "C" for creations to letter “K” to stand for the first letter of their names.

This story of SweetKreations is but one of the many inspiring stories in these hard times - of how a small business started to bloom fast and smooth in God’s perfect time. It began with the mother’s desire to make it a teachable moment for her daughter which later became a gift not only to them but also to their unemployed neighbors whom kate hired to deliver the goodies. It served as a help to those in need.

Indeed God has his ways of comforting us and making his presence known as He makes us realized that we can do all things through Him.
