After a few months of being closed due to the pandemic,  Sugbu Mercado has now opened its doors to the public. But of course, our safety is still on top of the list. Safety measures are observed. Wearing of mask is a “must” and social distancing should always be followed - a maximum of 2 persons per table. Alcohol and hand sanitizers are available at the entrance, exit, and in each tenant's station. Authorized personnel will be on the lookout to make sure these rules will be given priority.

I was invited to visit Sugbu Mercado yesterday, August 27, 2020. And I am happy to share that I feel safe with the precautions that Sugbu Mercado is implementing. Food is still superb. Our local businesses are thriving at its best with the new normal. Support from the Cebuanos for all the small businesses would greatly help each one of us.
