Jolly Heart Mate brings Chef Donita to Cebu for Sinulog 2017

Busy streets, loud music and a lot of people everywhere. I am on my way to Ayala Center Cebu for a dinner meet and greet with Chef Donita Rose. I just came from SM City to watch her cooked and fed the people in SM City while they were entertained as Chef Donita made us her popiah, a vegetable spring roll which is very famous in Cebu, while adding her own twist to the recipe using her cooking techniques and unique fresh ingredients from the Queen City of the South.
