The saying speaks a lot of Miss Sheila Ruiz, the Plant Momma of Cebu. A very passionate woman who loves to take care of plants. She simply started displaying her collections at the comfort of her home before the pandemic and later on turned into a business. She then expanded her store at Panagdait, Mandaue last December.

Having been there, Plant Momma gave us a warm welcome at toured us at her beautiful garden. She introduced us to a lot of plants which for me are very unique and extraordinary. As we went around the premise, she also educated on how we can take care of these plants and how it is likened to a baby - it definitely takes time, patience, and tender care to make them grow and healthy.

At first, I was curious about how the plant businesses heightened during the pandemic but Miss Sheila- the Plant Momma made me realized that plants give you happiness and self-awareness of how well you can take care of it like a pet.
