Please be careful of individuals pretending to be a Globe representative offering to replace your Globe SIM. If you receive a call or text from someone offering a SIM upgrade and asks for your One Time PIN (OTP), PLEASE IGNORE. Do not provide your SIM to anyone or share your OTP and any information. Globe will never ask you for personal information or to surrender your SIM. This may lead to unauthorized access to services linked to your mobile number. These may include verification or security protocols for bank accounts, money transfers and other related transactions.

We urge our customers to activate SIM PIN and security features of your mobile banking apps.
