Food Crawl at Bonifacio District

Japan is one of my favorite countries in Asia. I have always admired their culture, place and most of all their food. When I visited Japan last year, I did enjoy their food. From street foods of Dotonbori in Osaka to the famous Ichiran Ramen in Tokyo. 

The memory of how the food tastes definitely makes me dream of coming back to Japan soon.   Ramen, sushi, and maki really are the best that I can remember.

Just this month, I got invited to do a food crawl in Bonifacio district in Mandaue City, Cebu. I did not even realize that I am about to try the best of Japan and the bonus part is… it is available here in my place: Cebu City!

So, what do you think, I did? of course, I seized the day! Let me tour you around, to the very best restaurants we have in Cebu. Only at the Bonifacio district.

Coco Ichibanya

The #1 Japanese Curry House in the World is now in Cebu. It holds the Guinness World Record for the largest curry restaurant chain in the world–with over 1,400 stores. 

And this store in Bonifacio District is the first in Cebu.

Mitsuyado Sei-men

Mitsuyado Seimen is a ramen restaurant that was founded in 2005. You can choose between "Tsukemen" and "Ramen". 

Tsukemen means that the noodles are separated from the soup and you can dip them in the soup right before you eat them. Usually, tsukemen noodles are served cold.

Mitsuyado Seimen opens at 11am t o11:30pm from Sundays to Thursdays 11am to                                                  2am Fridays and Saturdays
