Cebu City Philippines -  From October 20 to November 30, 2016, first time UBER riders will get P150 off on each of their first two rides when they pay using PAYMAY with the promo code PAYMAYACEBU. The promo is open to new and existing PayMaya app and card users and is valid for uberX trips in Cebu. To avail the promo, PayMaya users just need to have at least P300 in their account prior to requesting their ride.
