One humid Saturday afternoon, I was invited to spend my night in Montebello Villa Hotel. I seized the opportunity and rushed inside a cab to accept the invitation. A few minutes later, I found myself standing wholly amazed of the hotel's lobby. A not
so grand lobby, I would say, but a very cozy and very Cebuano way of welcoming their guests. I could just imagined the impact to a 'balikbayan' as Montebello Hotel definitely brings nostalgic impression to its guests. Interiors vividly emblazons Spanish- Cebuano designs. The architectural structure depicts a combination of traditional and contemporary points. It's general low-rise buildings creating a picturesque upper-class country-house, the place indeed serves as your "home away from home."

The hotel's surprise to us keeps coming.. after a few minutes of resting, the room attendant served us a plate of variety of cookies. wow! isn't this too much of a treat? they're spoiling us! and they won't stop!

So, just in a few minutes, we were already in the Cabanas. Montebello's "classic country club" facing the poolside to pray tribute to its heritage where style canopies were designed to create a nostalgic, elegant,yet cozy atmosphere.

A long classy table were prepared exclusively for us for our dinner with Montebello's PR Marketing Manager (Mr. Kirk) and F & B Manager (Ms. Sarah). We were introduced to a variety of food that they served at Cabanas. The most famous and crowd's favorite is their huge yummy burger with fries in the side. They have made a menu dinner for us! And here are some of the photos I have taken:

It was a grand dinner for all us - bloggers. And we had the whole night enjoying ourselves with good food and great music as live acoustic band were there to entertained the guests whole night. We were able to try their non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages:
 
The next day, we woke up with the phone ringing in our bedside for an invitation for YOGA. Some of us came down to the garden to join but some just spent their time going around the premises to take pictures and enjoy the excellent scenery of a perfect Sunday morning.
