My first international travel, Hongkong: Part I

“The use of traveling is to regulate imagination by reality, and instead of thinking how things may be, to see them as they are.” – Samuel Johnson

My first of almost everything. My first international trip in Hongkong and Macau. My first trip with my sister, Paula. I've got mixed feelings on what to expect of this travel. Firstly, I am afraid to go through immigration counter, to present my passport , fear to be rejected and most of all, I am scared to go out of my country - my comfort zone. The expectation of venturing into a new place and discovering on what's there? overpowered all my fears.

We started to plan to take the adventure after the death of our mom. I, your travel blogger, was invited to join the family of my sister's boyfriend to go to Hongkong for a break, four days and three nights.  Our flight was six in the morning, there were five of us.  The flight from Mactan International Airport to Hongkong Airport takes nearly three hours.

Upon arrival, we went to Mcdonalds at the airport while trying to agree what to ride to our hotel… After the breakfast, we hopped into the bus the 2 floor bus amazed me and how their stepper adjusted to give you comfort in going up and down to the bus. We stopped at Mongkok as our booking will be at the Royal Plaza Hotel. We  had our lunch at the mall's food opera just below our hotel and decided to go to Tsim Sha Tsui to watch the dance of the lights and the hollywood of the east, the movie and artist memorabilia and their hand prints.
